Filo Mining Corp. (the “Corporation”, or "Filo Mining”, or the “Company") is a Canadian mining company focused on advancing the Company's key project, Filo del Sol. Filo del Sol hosts a high-sulphidation epithermal copper-gold-silver deposit associated with a large porphyry copper-gold system. It is a very large mineralized system, with dimensions, based on wide spaced drill holes, of at least 3.7 kilometres in a north-south direction and 1 kilometre in an east-west direction. The mineralized system includes both disseminated and stockwork mineralization and is open in several directions. The upper portion of Filo del Sol is oxidized and initial leach testing provided encouraging results. Future work will focus on expanding the oxide resource and additional metallurgical test work. The project is located within adjacent concessions along the border of Region III, Chile and San Juan Province, Argentina between the Maricunga gold porphyry zone to the north and the El Indio high-sulphidation zone to the south, both of Miocene age.
