Adam Lundin's people-focused leadership style, industry expertise, and market understanding will build on the success the Company has achieved. Appointed on September 11, 2017, Adam is focused on the future and helping the Company achieve its long-term strategic goals. He brings a recognized legacy and years of international finance and capital markets experience to Filo, complementing the Company's strong technical team. He is well placed to lead Filo Mining through the next phase of its growth into a significant copper, gold, and silver producer. Adam started his career at a number of mining companies around the globe before moving into finance and ultimately becoming co-lead of Pareto Securities' highly-successful London office.

Mr. Beck has more than 15 years of international project management and corporate development experience. Mr. Beck also serves as the Vice President, Corporate Development and Projects of NGEx Resources Inc., an exploration company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Stockholm Exchange. Prior to joining Filo Mining Corp. and NGEx Resources Inc., he worked in corporate development with Lundin Mining. Mr. Beck’s focus is on project development, corporate strategy, acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Carmichael joined the Company from the UK office of Lundin Mining Corporation, where he was General Manager, Resource Exploration with oversight of all near-mine and resource definition exploration activities. Prior to joining Lundin Mining, Mr. Carmichael acted as Vice President, Exploration for EuroZinc Mining Corporation and held executive positions and directorships for several other Canadian exploration companies operating internationally. He has also been a director and first Vice President of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AME BC) and sat on the technical committee for Geoscience BC. Mr. Carmichael currently also serves as the Vice President Exploration of NGEx Resources Inc.

Mr. Carmichael is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of British Columbia, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of British Columbia and has 29 years of experience in public company management and international mineral exploration.

Mr. Vitaller has worked in the international mining industry since 1993 and has managed exploration programs in various countries in South America and Europe, including Regional Manager and Chief of Exploration for Minera Argentina Gold, Tenke, Suramina, Canadian Gold Hunter and NGEx, all within the Lundin Group of Companies. Over his career in mineral exploration, Mr. Vitaller has been involved in several significant discoveries including Los Helados, Josemaria, Filo del Sol and the world class Veladero deposit.

Mr. Vitaller holds a Bachelor of Geology degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a M. Sc. in Geology from Mackay School of Mines at the University of Nevada, Reno. Mr. Vitaller has also been a member of the board of the Argentina-Canadian Chamber of Commerce and the board of the Argentina Mining Companies Chamber (CAEM) since 2015.

Ms. Kemp is an experienced Corporate Secretary with more than 30 years of experience with public companies within the mining industry. Ms. Kemp also serves as the Corporate Secretary of NGEx Resources Inc., an exploration company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and on the Nasdaq Stockholm Exchange. Prior to joining NGEx Resources Inc. and Filo Mining Corp., Ms. Kemp was the Corporate Secretary of Aurizon Mines Ltd., a TSX/NYSE MKT index listed gold mining company for more than 23 years. Ms. Kemp has been involved in all aspects of the administration of publicly listed companies including legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, board and committee matters, continuous disclosure requirements, corporate transactions, shareholder communications and corporate records. Ms. Kemp is a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada.

Mr. Yip received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPA, CA). After three years at Ernst & Young LLP (Vancouver), Mr. Yip served as the Corporate Controller of Rusoro Mining Ltd., a junior gold producer with operations in Venezuela, and for RB Energy Inc., a TSX-listed iodine producer with assets in Chile and Canada. Mr. Yip also currently serves as the CFO of Orca Gold Inc., an Africa-focused gold exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
